Congratulations on joining the Select CITYWALK family.

The Select CITYWALK Loyalty Program is designed to reward dedicated Select CITYWALK Shoppers. It provides you with Rewards Points/Stars for each purchase made in participating stores as per the applicable Reward Scheme. The Rewards Points/Stars are then redeemed for Gift Vouchers over Select CITYWALK Rewards APP, that can be utilized against future purchases at Select CITYWALK.

General Terms & Conditions as quick reckoner :

  • Bills are required to be uploaded/ scanned within 7 days of the purchases made of participating brands at Select CITYWALK. Only Original bill copy images will be applicable.
  • Guest will earn 5% Reward Points and 5% Stars on spending from the participant brand within Select CITYWALK subject to a maximum limit of Rs. 1,00,000/- of per invoice /bill.
  • The Reward Points/ Stars will be calculated on the actual payment (through paid in Cash /UPI/Debit & Credit Card/ Digital payment) made by the customer at the participating store. Any payment and/or adjustment through Gift Cards/ Vouchers/ Croma Wallet/Brand Wallet/ In-store sale bill/ Promotional Discounts/ Redemption of Points, etc. in a purchase will not be considered for calculating the reward points/stars on the purchase.
  • The validity of Reward Points is 30 days and stars are valid for 24 hrs from(including) the date of earning and thereafter, earned Reward Points/stars will automatically lapse without any notice / information, if not redeemed.
  • The Points and stars can be redeemed/unlocked for vouchers under Offers , using toggle Vouches/Rewards for points and stars respectively.
  • All vouchers @ Select CITYWALK Rewards App (Offers/Rewards) which are redeemed/unlocked are required to be collected from the Rewards Desk at Ground Floor, Lift Lobby B except e -vouchers, wherein it can be used directly at the store with the mentioned e-code with expiry and conditions. Once the voucher(s) are unlocked, they need to be physically collected from the Rewards Desk/dispersal point within 7 calendar days (including redeem date)/date of expiry on the voucher(s) ,whichever is earlier. Post these 07 days the User will have 'No CLAIM' whatsoever. The Company will have the right to discard/destroy etc. over these voucher(s).
  • Some common conditions applicable on vouchers unlocked/redeemed/collected :
    • 1 Voucher is valid on 1 Invoice only.
    • Vouchers are valid at Select CITYWALK Only.
    • Issued, Unlocked or Expired voucher will not be exchanged or returned. Request you to recheck before confirming to Unlock.
    • Vouchers are not valid on SALE, Discount/Promotion Offers and can be used on fresh stocks only or as per the applicable policy of the respective brand.
    • F&B Coupons are valid on Dining only and not valid on takeaways.
    • These conditions may vary from brand to brand and decision of the brand/mall management is final and binding upon all.

Steps to follow to :

Earn Points/Stars

  • Select Bill Scan option > Scan and upload bill one by one.
  • Bill will be approved and points/stars will be credited into account.
  • History can be seen under My Account - Select Bill Scan history.

Burn Points/Stars

Go to Offers

  • Select Vouchers option on the toggle for redeem of Points - Choose and unlock the brands after seeing the t&c.
  • Select Rewards option on the toggle for redeem of Stars- Choose and unlock the brands after seeing the t&c.
  • You can see the points/stars which are going to expire in 24hrs under My Account Wallet Balance.
  • History of Vouchers unlocked /pending collected can be seen under My Account- Offers Option - Select Toggle Vouchers/Rewards to See vouchers redeemed against Points/Stars
  • All redeemed vouchers need to be collected from Rewards Desk of Mall.
  • Collected Vouchers can be redeemed at the store as per t&c.

Play Games

  • Under Rewards Select the games you wish to play.

Bill/Scan related

  • You can check the details of your transactions in Scan History in the Account menu. There you can see the number of points credited/debited against each transaction made by you and the status of your scanned bills.
  • You can check the status of your scanned bill in Account > Scan History
  • Sometimes scanned bills go under review for further clarification. The review shall be addressed within 24hrs from the time of the scan.
  • Please ensure that the bill scanned is complete and legible.
  • The reason will be shared under Account > Scan History and notification would be sent.
  • Depending on the quality of the scanned bill and bill amount, the points will be credited either immediately or within 24 hours from the time of the scan. For any queries regarding your transaction please contact contact@selectcitywalk.com.
  • You can also connect on 011-42114201 at Rewards Desk during mall operational hours.
  • You can see your scan transaction under 'Scan History' in the Account section.

Coupon/Voucher/Rewards related

  • Shoppers can unlock/redeem the Points/Stars by selecting the Offers Tab. Use Toggle (option available on top of the app) for Vouchers/Rewards to Select and unlock the Points/Stars.
  • All vouchers @ Select CITYWALK Rewards App (Offers/Rewards) which are redeemed/unlocked are required to be collected from the Rewards Desk at Ground Floor, Lift Lobby B except e -vouchers, wherein it can be used directly at the store with the mentioned e-code with expiry and conditions.
  • Once the voucher(s) are unlocked, they need to be physically collected from the Rewards Desk/dispersal point within 7 calendar days (including redeem date)/date of expiry on the voucher(s) ; whichever is earlier.   • The voucher once collected can be redeemed at the concerned store with applicable t&c, if any.
  • The coupons are not transferrable
  • If the retailer at the mall is not accepting your coupon/E-code, please reach out to the Rewards Desk to resolve the issue. A timeframe would be required to conclude the issue.
  • As per general conditions One Voucher is applicable on One Invoice Only. However, the Terms & Conditions of the Retailer will be final and binding.
  • You will 5% reward points and with 5% stars with maximum capping of Rs. 1,00,000 per invoice
